Ms. Joycelyn Minor and the WFMS and WFHS choir members ended the school year with community performances for local nursing home residents in St. Francisville, Zachary, and Jackson, LA. Following their performances, students and residents came together to spend time connecting through conversations, coloring, and a fun game of Bingo!

WFMS students had an unforgettable day of fun and excitement at the amazing Main Event! 🎉 From showing off their skills in the arcade and striking it big at the bowling lanes to soaring through the air on the zip line, the day was packed with nonstop thrills, laughter, and school spirit!
Congratulations to Ms. Kaitlyn Jones and Ms. Carolina Woodman for being selected as WFMS’s Most Courteous Teachers for 2024–25! Honored by the Louisiana State Cotillion, these outstanding educators were recognized for their kindness, leadership, and positive impact. Way to go!
No better way to finish off the school year other than our band and choir here at WFMS joining together to host our first ever Music Department Banquet!! 🎶🎶 Students dressed up and received awards and were recognized for all of their hard work and accomplishments for this school year.
What a celebration! Students who earned over 300 AR points this year were treated to a fun-filled afternoon of pizza, games, and laughter at Sonny’s — and they even got to bring a friend! Way to go, super readers!
